Daniel has experience working on a broad range of matters across multiple jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. His experience includes administrative law, bankruptcy, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and complex trust matters.
Daniel previously worked at a large national law firm defending Insurance clients and their insured in contested proceedings. His early big firm exposure has instilled technical excellence and rigorous thinking whilst enabling him to develop a solid foundation in legal practice and procedure.
