Bernice is an experienced Senior Associate with expertise in managing complex, large-scale commercial disputes, including contract, competition and consumer law, joint venture, and building and construction disputes. She joins Buchanan Rees from the Commercial Litigation team at a top-tier national law firm.
Bernice has had significant exposure to a diverse range of corporate and government clients across industries including health, infrastructure, property, and construction. Clients value Bernice’s ability to cut through complexity and deliver clear, practical advice. She combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset and tailors strategies to client objectives, whether that involves pursuing litigation or achieving pragmatic, cost-effective resolutions.
